Info:Mount Hermon creates a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for writers at every skill level, from unpublished to professional, and offers help to writers in a wide span of genres and in every phase of a writer's career. The Head Start Pre-Conference Track is designed to give each participant insight into the publishing industry prior to the Main Conference and to help each participant move to the next level in their writing journey. There is an additional fee for the pre-conference program feature that takes place March 25-27, 2015. The Head Start program is especially helpful to those who are new to writing for publication and the writers' conference environment, but can also provide a boost to anyone who needs a jump start in skill, direction, or inspiration.

Info:Open to all levels of writers, the six-day Left Bank Writers Retreat in Paris includes morning writing sessions, coaching and one-on-one time with the instructor for maximum of eight writers, as well as lunch each day, admission to museums and area sights, an excursion to Montmartre, a picnic on the banks of the Seine and a literary tour visiting many of the sites featured in the Woody Allen movie "Midnight in Paris," and Ernest Hemingway's "A Moveable Feast." The retreat welcomes fiction and memoir writers, poets and playwrights and takes place on the historic Ile Saint-Louis in heart of Paris. Writers arrange their own lodging and transportation to Paris. Tuition for the retreat is $1999.00.
